Secure our joint success and make a difference with us: as an Intern Performance Improvement & Restructuring with a focus on Operational Restructuring (m/f/d). Locations: Düsseldorf and Munich.

• Hands-on entry: You actively participate from the start in carrying out projects in the restructuring and performance improvement environment.
• Analysis: You analyze company key figures, business models and processes to identify starting points for efficiency increases and value creation potentials.
• Conception: Based on the data, you contribute to the preparation of complex issues and help develop solution strategies.
• Impact: You accompany the transfer of operational measures into the profit and loss statement, cash flow planning and balance sheet.
• Support: You are fully integrated into our project teams and actively involved and continuously develop yourself in operational and analytical topics.

• Student of business administration or industrial engineering with very good performance and high commitment.
• Strategic management, change management, restructuring, operations management / supply chain management, production and purchasing.
• Practical experience through relevant internships in related and content-comparable areas.
• Enjoyment of complex tasks, good MS Office skills, proactive and independent action combined with wit, creativity and team spirit.
• Willingness to travel as well as very good German and English in word and writing.
