Trainee Financial Services - Your Entry into Audit & Assurance

Trainee program in Audit Financial Services Industries. You work your way systematically into Financial Services and apply your knowledge in audit and advisory projects. The trainee program lasts 18 months with experienced mentors, and you can join at the start of each quarter. You get a permanent employment contract from the start.

• Get to know the industry and its challenges from different professional perspectives, as well as the areas of work within the Financial Services service line
• Build solid knowledge of process flows and requirements of the financial services industry through audit and advisory projects
• Go through stations from lending, trading & treasury, regulation, ESG, governance and IT to risk management

• Very good degree in economics, business mathematics, business informatics or business law
• Specialization in auditing, accounting, taxes, banking, credit, STEM, finance and/or controlling
• First practical experience through relevant internships or vocational training in financial services
• Systematic, solution-oriented way of working, analytical thinking and team orientation
• Willingness to travel and very good German and English, spoken and written
