Working Student Greenhouse - Workshop / Design & Facilitation

The Deloitte Greenhouse is a special place where ideas and people can be developed and grow. Together with the team, you design and facilitate innovative lab, workshop and training formats that combine the latest technologies with exploratory methods. Locations: Düsseldorf and Berlin.

• Innovation: You support our team in designing, preparing and running Greenhouse labs, trainings and workshops.
• Design: Whether on-site or virtual, you develop and prepare materials using a wide range of media to deliver and bring our lab offerings to life.
• Implementation: Our lab & workshop team looks forward to your skills to create media such as templates, films, graphics and more.
• Communication: With an eye for detail, you develop a range of content and support internal and external communication.
• Hands-on: You are proactive and contribute your skills and interests wherever we need support in the Greenhouse.

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies (still enrolled for at least 12 more months), any field of study
• First experience or strong interest in human-centered design, user research, psychology, organizational development or change management
• Enthusiasm for developing and designing effective workshop, learning and collaboration formats
• First practical experience running or supporting workshops, interviews, research projects or other participatory working methods
• Structured and independent way of working and basic knowledge of common collaboration, design and presentation tools (e.g. Miro, Figma, Adobe CC, Canva or PowerPoint)
