Assistant Team Lead

Starting at the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a temporary worker on behalf of DB InfraGO AG for an assignment as an assistant (f/m/d) for the Nuremberg location. As a temporary worker, you will perform your work in the mentioned business area, while you conclude your employment relationship with us, DB Zeitarbeit GmbH.

• You prepare meetings and follow up on them and take minutes
• Your tasks include coordination, monitoring and maintenance of appointments
• You create presentations and prepare documents in a target-group-oriented and clear manner
• You are responsible for telephone and written correspondence in daily business
• You also organize business trips and order office supplies as needed
• Supporting the manager with organizational and content-related tasks rounds off your area of activity

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in a comparable field
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in assistance, office management or organizational support of managers
• You have a structured and careful way of working and keep an overview even with several parallel topics
• You communicate confidently and service-oriented both verbally and in writing and deal professionally with internal and external contacts
• You are familiar with common Office applications and prepare documents, presentations and minutes in a target-group-oriented manner
• You bring reliability, discretion and a high level of organizational skills for the trusting cooperation with the team lead
