About this Apprenticeship
For the DB Regio Bus bus companies in the North region (namely: Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetriebe GmbH, Hanekamp Busreisen GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH and Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH) we are looking for you as a Dispatcher (f/m/d) at the earliest possible date at the Kiel location.
What You'll Learn
- Implementation and monitoring of the economic deployment of personnel and vehicles
- Ensuring the quality-compliant deployment of personnel and bus fleet
- Supervisory and regulatory function with regard to proper and regulation-compliant operation
- Documentation of operations in PPBus
- Vehicle deployment planning including workshop scheduling
- Maintenance of the operating sequence in PPBus / keeping the operating log
- Organisation and implementation of personnel and bus deployment planning when ordering BNV / SEV / GV
- Hiring of contractors at short notice
Requirements
- Completed vocational training - a qualification as a certified transport manager, FiF or many years of experience in dispatching would be desirable
- Assertiveness and reliable appearance
- Structured and independent way of working as well as high self-initiative
- Communication and team skills as well as high resilience even in stressful situations
- Good IT skills in PPBus and MS Office
- Class D driving licence
- Willingness to participate in shift service (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for replacement tasks in the central control centre Kiel
