Apprenticeship as a Mobility and Transport Services Clerk at DB InfraGO AG at Bremen Central Station. You learn customer advice, marketing, project management, travel offers, service and safety services, and the logic of railway operations. Start date: 1 September 2027.

• You learn important basics in customer advice and care, marketing and project management
• You learn everything necessary about our travel offers, service and safety services and the logic of railway operations
• You look after and advise customers at the DB Information desk, on the platforms and in mobile service, accompanying passengers from entering the station hall to arriving at their destination
• Using modern communication and sales systems is part of your daily business

• You have (soon) successfully finished school and your school certificate is recognized in Germany
• Your German skills are at least B2 level
• Foreign languages are your thing anyway
• You stay calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
• You are responsible, reliable, flexible and mobile. Willingness to work shifts and occasional weekend and night duty is a given for you as a future railway worker
