Gain insights into HR, e.g. personnel administration, support and payroll, labour and collective bargaining law, as well as occupational and data protection; rules of internal and external communication and use of MS Office and other group-internal applications; get to know and use modern information and communication systems and digital solutions; prepare various settlements; prepare intensively for your future role in payroll accounting.

You have (almost) successfully completed school and your school leaving certificate is recognised in Germany; your German skills are at least level B2; good expression and quick comprehension are a matter of course for you; you enjoy working on a PC and like dealing with numbers; teamwork and reliability also characterise you.

For a successful apprenticeship we provide the best conditions: you receive a mobile device from us that you can use for learning and privately. We offer you 16 free journeys within Germany per year and further travel concessions such as the DB Job Ticket for your daily commute. In addition, there are discounted travel options for family and friends. We support you in settling into your new city! If you have to commute more than 2.5 hours daily from your previous residence and rent a closer apartment, we give you a rent subsidy of up to €400 per month.
