Apprenticeship as a mobility and transport services clerk with DB InfraGO at the train station. You learn the basics of customer advice, marketing and project management, and you look after customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at stations.

• You learn everything necessary about our travel offers, service and security offerings
• You look after and advise our customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at stations
• Working with modern communication and sales systems is part of your daily business

• You have (soon) successfully finished school and your school leaving certificate is recognised in Germany
• Your German skills are at least at B2 level
• Foreign languages are your thing anyway
• You stay calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
• You are responsible, reliable, flexible and mobile
