What You'll Learn
- Providing individual and activating care for our clients
- Responsibility for assessment, documentation, and treatment of chronic wounds
- Supervision and evaluation of the facility-specific wound documentation system
- Conducting further education and training in wound management
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
- Further education as wound manager/wound expert
- Initial professional experience desired
- Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent people
- Empathy and sense of responsibility
