About this Apprenticeship
As a palliative care nurse at Korian, you support residents with professionalism, empathy and dignity, helping maintain, restore and improve their individual quality of life.
What You'll Learn
- Provide individual care that helps residents stay active
- Carry out care documentation and planning
- Take responsibility for giving out medication
- Maintain close contact with residents, relatives and doctors
- Follow quality assurance measures
- Help guide and develop care assistants, apprentices and interns
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing
- Additional qualification in palliative care
- Enjoy working with older people and people who need care
- Empathy and a sense of responsibility
