Starting 1 August 2027, we are looking for you for the 3.5-year apprenticeship as a construction mechanic (f/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Erfurt site. The vocational school is located in Dessau-Roßlau near the Anhalt Arena. The training workshop is located in the DB vehicle maintenance plant at Dessau-Süd station. If certain conditions are met, we support you with longer commutes (e.g., financially).

Basics of metalworking, e.g., turning, drilling, milling, and grinding; You familiarize yourself with the properties as well as the assessment and selection of materials; Manufacturing of components and workpieces according to technical documents; You learn how to commission and maintain systems (e.g., bridges); Occupational safety and environmental protection are further topics

You have (soon) successfully completed school and your school diploma is recognized in Germany; Your German skills correspond to at least B2 level (for applicants with B1 level we offer a B2 online language course before apprenticeship start); You have manual dexterity and spatial imagination; Your math skills are good and you enjoy working with numbers; Your committed, careful, and reliable work style characterizes you
