Construction Technician with target role Track Superstructure Construction Supervisor

As soon as possible, DB InfraGO AG is looking for construction technicians to be qualified as track superstructure construction supervisors. Focus is either as a problem solver in maintenance or in operational shift handling. After successful training you get a company car with private use (1% rule). Full-time, permanent.

• As a problem solver, brief service providers on local and operational conditions and check capacity
• Handle assigned work packages independently and check deliveries, services and construction work for correctness
• In operational shift handling, represent the client's interests, ensure defect-free work and take on local construction supervision
• Document construction progress, record defects and hold operational talks with train traffic controllers and the central control point
• Be responsible for proper implementation of safety measures as safety supervisor
• Problem-solver and shift duties can be combined

• State-certified or recognized technician in construction, certified industrial foreman in track construction, or similar qualification
• Willingness to qualify as track superstructure construction supervisor, ideally knowledge of construction law, contract law and supplementary claims management
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working, commitment and teamwork
• Experience in managing and supervising external companies
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Class B driver's license
