As a specialist for the fascinating railway system, you coordinate construction operations on your site, monitor the contractual implementation of agreements in the dimensions of quality, costs and deadlines and ensure safety in construction measures. As Construction Supervisor Signaling and Safety Technology (LST) you ensure the order-compliant realization of construction projects with technical focus on your trade, for example in the form of signaling systems such as electronic interlockings and signals. Ensuring safe and smooth rail operations during construction execution (building under rolling wheels) is the top priority. You conduct coordination and construction meetings, release construction invoices after acceptance of services and reliably handle variation order reviews. As part of a strong team you take responsibility for your area of tasks and simultaneously enjoy fair conditions and attractive framework conditions. Construction supervision is not a nine-to-five job: you sometimes have to work weekends and nights – for this we offer corresponding compensatory time off.

• The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical college / university degree in electrical engineering, electrical and information technology, telecommunications technology, communications technology or a comparable course of study.
• You have also already completed the functional training as Construction Supervisor Railway and thus have several years of professional experience in the realization of railway infrastructure projects.
• The legal framework such as HOAI, VOB B as well as railway-specific guidelines are already familiar to you, so that you are also confident in variation order management.
• Construction measures can only be supervised on site, therefore you see your workplace primarily on the construction site.
• With your pronounced communication strength, your sovereignty and your winning manner you succeed in finding good solutions even in hectic phases and bringing along client, project management and other interfaces.
• Night, weekend and holiday shifts are no problem for you and can be reconciled with your private life just as well as regionally limited travel activity, for which you possess a class B driver's license.
