Concrete Worker / Bricklayer / Metalworker in Bridge Inspection

DB InfraGO AG is seeking concrete workers, bricklayers or metalworkers to join its bridge inspection team in Graben-Neudorf or Karlsruhe immediately. You will help inspect bridges in the region and record damage. The role is advertised as permanent and full-time.

• Travel with your colleagues to different work sites after the morning team meeting
• Work in a team of two to three colleagues from Monday to Thursday, helping bridge specialists carry out inspections
• Identify damage and defects in bridges in your region
• Record this damage in a computer system, including photographs, on Fridays when the working day is shorter

• Completed vocational training in construction or metalworking, for example as a bricklayer, concrete worker, fitter, metalworker or in a similar trade
• Your work experience enables you to identify and assess damage to structures
• You are comfortable working outdoors, at heights and in confined spaces
• You are willing to attend training held across the country in blocks lasting one to two weeks
• You are comfortable using common computer programs, hold a valid category B driving licence and are flexible
