International Dispatcher for Full Truck Load / Complete Loads

As soon as possible, TRANSA Spedition GmbH, a company in the DB group, is looking for an international dispatcher for Full Truck Load / complete loads at its Mannheim site. Additional staff are sought for the sites Berlin, Hannover, Hamburg, Osnabrück, Nürnberg, Freilassing, Unterföhring, Oberschleißheim and Obersthausen. Full-time, permanent.

• High-quality dispatching of international customer loads for the DB Cargo FLS branch offices
• Cost-optimized purchasing of cargo space capacity
• Building a carrier network for the relevant region and strengthening carrier relationships
• Active participation in a virtual dispatch team
• Contributing to the preparation and calculation of customer offers (tenders)

• Solid experience in international dispatching of full truck loads (FTL) and an established network of carriers in the relevant market.
• We are looking for specialists with market and route expertise for the following regions/countries: Southeast Europe, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.
• High motivation and commitment to actively contribute, in a virtual team, to the profitable development and sustainable growth of international transport volume.
• Several years of professional experience in international FTL dispatching, ideally with solid market knowledge (carrier structure, price levels, capacities) for one or more of the named routes.
• Very good, fluent German and English language skills; additional skills in the relevant target language are an advantage.
