(Electrical) Engineer as Planning Engineer Telecommunications Technology

We are looking for you as soon as possible as Planning Engineer Telecommunications Technology (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG in Frankfurt am Main. Full-time, permanent.

• You are responsible for drafting design, approval and execution plans (according to HOAI, BAU STE and recognised rules of technology) for telecommunications systems in the railway environment
• Carrying out very complex telecom specialist planning (cable nodes, station measures, ESTW / DSTW, external construction projects etc.)
• You prepare cost calculations and tender documents and are responsible for delivering planning services on quality, budget and schedule
• You create and evaluate telecommunications bills of quantities and hold bidder talks of service phase 6
• Creating cost estimates, service descriptions, describing customer cooperation duties and developing task definitions with customers
• Handling construction measures based on construction documents under VV BAU STE and carrying out internal plan checks for telecom systems
• Mentor for new colleagues, supporting them in their training
• Taking part in planning meetings and preparing target/actual comparisons on the customer's budgets, resources and deadlines

• You have a successfully completed college or university degree as an electrical engineer focusing on communications or telecommunications engineering or comparable
• Several years of planning knowledge in cable, transmission and IP technology, successfully applied in various projects
• Very good knowledge of the laws, regulations and standards relevant to construction projects, such as HOAI, VOB, VOL, is necessary
• Knowledge of group regulations is an advantage
• You are able to convey and solve complex questions
• Your strong customer and service orientation is reflected in very good communication and teamwork skills
• Your strengths include independent, economical and safe work as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
• You have a class B driving licence
