Electronics Technician / Electrician / Mechatronics Technician for Qualification as Signal Mechanic

DB InfraGO AG is looking for electronics technicians, electricians and mechatronics technicians for a qualification as a signal mechanic in Greifswald. You maintain control and safety technology systems and go through an internal qualification program. Full-time, permanent.

• Maintaining various control and safety technology systems, focusing on inspection, repair and fault clearing of electrical and mechanical components, e.g. signals, switches, level crossings
• Assessing system condition with modern measuring devices and doing the technical documentation
• Doing tasks in your regional area, mostly in a team, independently and reliably
• Work starts and ends daily at the central base in Greifswald
• Going through the internal qualification program and regular further training

• Successfully completed training in electrical engineering, e.g. as an electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial electrician, electronics technician for operating technology or automation technology
• After a thorough induction, willingness to take part in the rotating on-call duty (every 4-5 weeks)
• Not minding working outdoors, as many systems are in the track area
• Reliable, a team player and flexible
• A valid driving licence class B is an advantage
