Electronics Technician / Electrician / Mechatronics Technician for Qualification as Signal Mechanic

Internal qualification to become a signal mechanic (w/m/d) at DB InfraGO AG. You start as a skilled worker in control and safety technology and go through several development steps in the first 18 months to the target position.

• Maintain systems in control and safety technology, focusing on servicing, inspection and repair of electronic and mechanical components such as signals, points, level crossings, interlockings
• Assess system condition with modern measuring devices, create fault reports and technical documentation
• Carry out tasks in the Verden, Nienburg and Rotenburg area mostly in a team, independently and reliably
• Work starts and ends daily at the central base, where you collect materials, devices and vehicle
• Complete the internal qualification program and attend regular training
• Trained as railway operations helper and level crossing guard and deployed when needed

• Successfully completed training in electrical engineering, e.g. electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial electrician, electronics technician for operations technology or automation technology
• After thorough onboarding, willingness to take part in rotating on-call duty (every 4-5 weeks)
• You don't mind working outdoors
• Reliable, team-oriented and flexible
• A valid class B driving licence is an advantage
