Electronics Technician / Qualified Electrician / Mechatronics Technician for Qualification as Signal Mechanic

You complete a tailored internal training programme to become a signal mechanic at DB InfraGO AG. You start as a skilled worker in control and safety technology and go through several development steps in the first months until reaching the target position.

• Maintain various systems in control and safety technology, focusing on inspection, repair and fault clearing of electrical and mechanical components, e.g. signals, points, level crossings
• Use modern measuring devices to record and assess system condition and handle technical documentation
• Carry out tasks in your regional area mostly in a team, independently and reliably
• Work begins and ends daily at your central base
• Go through the internal qualification programme and attend regular training

• Successfully completed electrical training, e.g. as electrician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician for operations technology or automation technology
• Alternatively, industrial-technical training plus completed qualification as electrically skilled person through a multi-week course (e.g. at the IHK)
• After thorough onboarding, willingness to take part in rotating on-call duty (every 4-5 weeks)
• You don't mind working outdoors, as many systems are in the track area
• Reliable, team-oriented and flexible
• Valid driving licence class B is an advantage
