Track Mechanic / Specialist Track Infrastructure

Starting at the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Track Mechanic / Specialist Track Infrastructure (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Neustadt an der Weinstraße location.

• You are responsible for the proper, professional, and timely execution of maintenance orders (inspection, maintenance, fault clearance, repair) of infrastructure assets in the track / track infrastructure trade
• This includes observing assigned budgets, central guidelines, and plans as well as ensuring quality-appropriate resource control
• You also ensure that the infrastructure assets are available as required, so that safe, punctual, and economical operations are possible
• Safety planning and monitoring are also part of your area of responsibility, as is monitoring the quality assurance of maintenance measures and occupational safety
• Last but not least, you are involved in the administration and repair, the execution of test orders, and deadline monitoring for equipment, tools, measuring and test equipment, fire extinguishers, fall protection devices, and ladders

• You have successfully completed your vocational training as a civil engineering specialist / track layer and have the qualification as an IHK master craftsman in track construction or track mechanic / specialist track infrastructure
• Ideally, you can already look back on several years of professional experience as a master craftsman in track construction
• You like to take responsibility, are self-motivated, and bring a high degree of customer orientation
• Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill, motivation, and initiative
• Night and weekend work as well as participation in on-call duty for fault clearance are a matter of course for you
• A class B driver's license rounds off your profile
