Track Mechanic Superstructure / Track Construction Foreman

Track mechanic superstructure / track construction foreman at DB InfraGO AG in Hagen, full-time/part-time, permanent.

• Carry out orders in track work on time, to specification and cost-optimized
• Ensure and monitor defined maintenance processes including handling reports
• Construction support, safety supervision and safety planning
• Comply with environmental, occupational and fire safety rules and analyze operational disruptions from technical faults or irregular construction progress
• Ensure availability of facilities (inspection, maintenance, fault clearance, repair)
• Take part in on-call duty
• Operationally deputize for the team lead

• Track mechanic / superstructure skilled worker with qualification as a foreman in track construction, and willingness to gain missing qualifications
• Sound technical knowledge and several years of experience in track / superstructure work
• Confident with technical systems and common software (e.g. MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Ideally first leadership experience
• High initiative, communication and teamwork skills, assertiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
• Economical thinking and acting
• Valid class B driving licence
