We are looking for you as a Track Layer / Switch Mechanic with target function Skilled Worker Track Construction | PRINS Team (f/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Rastatt location starting as soon as possible. You will undergo a tailored internal training program that supports you on your way to becoming a Skilled Worker Track Construction. In the process, you will further develop your skills and acquire extensive knowledge for your new role.

• After successful qualification you are responsible for the proper, professional and timely execution of maintenance orders (inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair) of infrastructure systems
• This includes observing assigned budgets, central guidelines and plans as well as ensuring quality-appropriate capacity control
• In addition, you ensure that the infrastructure systems are available as required so that safe, punctual and economical operations are possible
• Security planning and monitoring also fall within your area of responsibility as does monitoring the quality assurance of maintenance measures, accident prevention and occupational safety
• Last but not least you are involved in the administration and repair, the execution of test orders and deadline monitoring for devices, tools, measuring and test equipment, fire extinguishers, fall protection and ladders

• You have successfully completed your vocational training as a Track Layer or have the qualification as a Switch Mechanic
• Ideally you already have several years of professional experience in the maintenance of railway infrastructure systems
• You like to take responsibility, are proactive and bring a high degree of customer orientation
• Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill, motivation and initiative
• Night and weekend work as well as participation in on-call duty for troubleshooting are a matter of course for you
• A Class B driver's license rounds off your profile
