• More to achieve: In the first 1.5 years, you complete retail vocational training, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a certified trade specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a trainer qualification.
• An exciting daily routine: You take charge of goods processes from ordering to selling, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Enjoy analysis? Help assess business figures, such as your store's sales.
• A good start: You receive at least €1,350 gross per month for the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday a year.
• More for you: Three qualifications in three years, plus we cover accommodation and meals during your school periods at an external leading training centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a very good chance of staying with us. With good performance, you can become the manager of your own product department straight away. You also receive a bonus for completing your training with good results.
• Strong training: With a trainer by your side and thorough exam preparation, we prepare you for the future through both practical work and theory.
