Lead Construction Supervisor Structural Engineering/Superstructure

We are looking for you as soon as possible as Lead Construction Supervisor Structural Engineering/Superstructure (f/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Hagen location.

• Ensuring that construction projects in superstructure / structural engineering are carried out as contracted
• You coordinate the on-time completion of construction work in close cooperation with the planning and project management team and external contractors
• You monitor costs, schedules and agreed quality, and approve invoices and supplementary claim reviews
• You handle contract and supplementary claim management as a separate focus in the construction supervision team
• You are responsible for the technical support of acceptances and commissioning of functional facilities
• You ensure safe and smooth railway operation during construction (building "under the rolling wheel") and compliance with the applicable operational and safety regulations

• Your background is a degree in civil engineering or as an engineer in a comparable field
• You bring some practical experience in construction projects or construction supervision in superstructure / structural engineering, plus knowledge of legal regulations
• You hold the functional training as railway construction supervisor and are willing to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays
• You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way, with strong awareness of deadlines, costs and quality, and a high sense of responsibility
• You communicate strong arguments easily and convince others of your ideas. Initiative, communication skills and team spirit round off your profile
• Valid class B driving licence and full medical fitness (checked during the application process)
