Track Construction Foreman / Track Mechanic

We are looking for you as a Track Construction Foreman / Track Mechanic (f/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Crailsheim location, as soon as possible. Full-time, permanent.

• Carrying out inspection, maintenance, fault clearing and repair work on tracks, switches and other infrastructure facilities
• Ensuring a safe, functional and operational condition of the facilities
• Active participation in the maintenance team and taking on the technical leadership of the crew
• Supporting construction and maintenance measures as well as vegetation work and winter service
• Planning and monitoring safeguarding measures in the track area in compliance with all applicable safety regulations
• Participation in technical on-call duty to ensure fast fault clearance
• Monitoring compliance with quality, work, accident prevention and environmental protection standards, and responsibility for the inspection, management and deadline monitoring of equipment, tools and test instruments

• Successfully completed vocational training as a track builder, civil engineering skilled worker or a comparable qualification in track or civil engineering
• Qualification as IHK track construction master, track construction master, track mechanic or superstructure specialist
• Ideally several years of professional experience in track maintenance
• Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
• High level of teamwork, organizational skill and assertiveness
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and on-call duty, plus a class B driver's license
