Project Coordinator Commissioning, Karlsruhe-Basel Major Project

DB InfraGO AG is looking, as soon as possible, for a project coordinator for commissioning in the Karlsruhe-Basel major project, section Hohberg-Freiburg-Basel, based in Freiburg. Full-time, permanent.

• Your task is to ensure overarching coordination and control of the numerous commissionings within the Hohberg – Freiburg – Basel line sections, taking the planned schedule, cost and quality framework into account
• You compile the project documentation and all documents required for commissioning
• You are responsible for opportunity and risk management in connection with the commissionings
• You coordinate agreements with internal departments, external engineering and expert offices and authorities
• You steer the implementation of traffic and operational requirements together with the team
• You technically guide external service providers and the commissioning project management team and review the services provided
• Regular reporting on project progress and deviations from targets is your responsibility

• You have a completed university degree in civil, electrical or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• You also have solid professional experience in project management or leading projects and experience with commissioning management of railway infrastructure processes
• Leading and technically guiding project participants comes easily to you
• You show competence and care when working with international guidelines (EU, Germany, Switzerland)
• You have analytical thinking and good powers of observation and stand out through team spirit, coordination skills and a committed, reliable and independent way of working
• Your communication strength and organizational talent ensure smooth coordination with authorities and external partners
• You keep project data up to date and process-compliant in common programs such as Jira, VRI DMS, InGe or iTWO
