What You'll Learn
- Onboarding: Complete the established training program to become an IHK-certified insurance intermediary and quickly settle into your role.
- Advice: Focus on the insurance concerns of employees in the cooperative financial group. Identify their needs and help them improve their protection through personal or digital advice.
- Customer management: Build trust with every contact. Maintain existing relationships and win new customers with individual insurance plans.
Requirements
- Completed insurance training, for example as an insurance advisor or insurance sales specialist, or a comparable qualification
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear focus on customers
- Confidence with digital tools and initiative
