About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung in bank sales. You work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers on insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region Freiburg, start 01.08.2027, duration 2.5 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and see what advice with real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschule certificate or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, hands-on challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year – plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting structure: well-structured training, mentoring program and internal training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. With good performance, shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, study materials allowance and a share of travel or rent costs depending on distance to the vocational school.
