You can expect a total training period of 12 months. During the retraining, you will be taught technical knowledge in practice and theory. After successfully obtaining the European train driver's license, you will be qualified to drive traction vehicles. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for various construction measures on the railway infrastructure. You will be responsible for operating aerial work platforms and loading cranes. You have successfully completed your vocational training, e.g. as a construction equipment operator, bricklayer, road builder, or in a comparable field, or you have relevant professional experience in the construction industry. You are at least 20 years old and willing to prove your medical and psychological suitability for operational service (fitness will be checked by a company doctor during the hiring process). You bring commitment and willingness to learn to acquire the operating authorization for the relevant machine types and, if applicable, for training as a train driver. You are willing to work irregular hours, frequent weekend and night shifts, and assembly work. Teamwork, resilience, sense of responsibility, and readiness to work are among your strengths. You have a valid class B driver's license.
