Starting 1 September 2027 we are looking for you for the 3-year apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Office Management (f/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Nuremberg site. The vocational school is also located in Nuremberg.

• You interact with customers, suppliers and employees
• Insight into various areas such as quality management
• Creating presentations and taking on further administrative tasks, such as organizing qualification training and monitoring existing qualifications
• You support our pool vehicle dispatchers and also gain insights into our e-Time programs (standby / allowance / vacation / sickness bookings)

• You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) secondary school (Realschule) and your school diploma is recognized in Germany
• Your German language skills correspond to at least B2 level
• Good expression and quick comprehension are a matter of course for you
• You enjoy working on the PC and have fun dealing with numbers
• Teamwork and reliability characterize you

For the success of your apprenticeship we provide the best conditions: You receive a mobile device from us that you can use for learning and privately. We offer you 16 free trips within Germany per year and further travel discounts such as DB Job Ticket for your daily commute. In addition, there are inexpensive travel options for family and friends. We support you in settling into your new city! If you have to commute more than 2.5 hours daily from your previous place of residence and rent a closer apartment, you will receive a rent subsidy of up to 400 € per month from us.
