Internship in Inhouse Consulting: Change Management, Communication and Learning

Internship at Schaeffler Consulting, the Schaeffler Group's internal consultancy. Work on transformation and change management projects and help develop the consultancy.

• Work closely with our consultants on selected projects in the Transformation & Change Management practice
• Help design and carry out change management, communication and training activities, from analysing target groups and choosing suitable measures to preparing convincing materials such as presentations, training sessions, workshops, videos, podcasts, newsletters or print campaigns
• Work on internal topics, such as researching specialist content or guides, and further develop tools and templates
• Actively support the development and growth of Schaeffler Consulting

• Very good results in the later stages of a bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, adult education, media studies, business or economics, or a similar subject
• Ideally, some initial experience in consulting, change management, communication, or training and learning
• Strong observation, analysis and interpretation skills, along with persuasive communication skills
• Curiosity about new topics, perspectives and people, plus the willingness and energy to take a service role and actively move projects forward with the team
• Excellent spoken and written German and English
