Security Employee Track Network and Railway Facilities

At the earliest possible date we are looking for you as a security employee / security employee track network and railway facilities (f/m/d) at DB Sicherheit GmbH at the Berlin location.

• You are responsible for guarding the track network and railway facilities, thus securing DB's critical infrastructure against damage or theft
• Using modern technology (thermal imaging camera, multicopter) you carry out security checks in the track area
• In doing so you recognise and prevent hazards such as open cable shafts or sabotage
• For the protection of the track network you work closely with the control centre of DB Sicherheit GmbH and other partners such as the Federal Police
• You ensure that safety regulations are complied with and provide support in emergency situations

• Prerequisite is a passed IHK expertise examination according to § 34a GewO, ideally supplemented by professional experience or a successfully completed vocational training as a specialist for protection and security
• You are willing to take part in internal qualifications to be trained for the activity on the track network
• You bring the necessary flexibility for deployment in shift service (night, weekend, holiday work)
• You are physically fit and can act calmly and responsibly in stressful situations
• Very good German skills (C1) in word and writing round off your profile
• Ideally you have a valid class B driving licence. If not, we support you with driving licence financing of up to 2,000 EUR net
