Specialist Qualification of Certified Inspection Experts

As soon as possible, DB InfraGO AG is looking for a Specialist Qualification of Certified Inspection Experts at its locations in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Kassel, Leipzig, Munich or Wuppertal. Hybrid work is possible: in agreement with your manager, at the office location or remotely from a place of your choice within Germany. Full-time/part-time, permanent.

• As a knowledge facilitator in the qualification of inspection experts for signalling, telecommunications and electrical engineering (STE), design and deliver trainings and help build and develop this qualification focus
• Take overall technical responsibility for all content of the assigned internal, external and operational qualification units
• Develop standards for qualifying inspection experts in STE and ensure consistently high quality of qualification measures nationwide in the lifecycle phases planning and construction
• Support inspection and acceptance activities during acceptance and commissioning of STE technology and run tutorials in that context
• Independently lead and handle extensive and complex matters for developing and introducing qualification scenarios as part of STE lifecycle qualification for inspection experts
• Analyse legal changes, improvement suggestions, audit results and other relevant surveys and derive necessary adjustments, in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Stay in constant contact with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and network on qualification projects
• Risk management, developing suitable control measures and structured documentation of processes and guidelines for sustainable implementation and use of the qualification measures and methods

• Successfully completed technical college or university degree (e.g. as an electrical engineer, communications engineer or in control and safety technology) or a comparable technical qualification
• Recognised inspection expert under VV BAU STE or currently training to become one
• Sound knowledge and experience in maintenance, planning, installation or acceptance of control and safety systems (incl. qualification under Ril 892.0104) and the applicable planning regulations
• In-depth knowledge of developing and delivering qualification measures and strong methodological and didactic skills
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, willingness to take responsibility and to drive topics proactively
• Keeping an overview even with complex topics, shaping processes and motivating employees
• High level of self-organisation and strong organisational skills
• Willingness to travel
