About this Apprenticeship
DHL Freight is seeking a full-time warehouse worker for the early shift in Malsfeld. The position is initially limited to two years. A notice on the page says the vacancy is no longer advertised.
What You'll Learn
- You are a transport professional! You load and unload vehicles, move pallets in the freight handling warehouse with a forklift on time and load freight left over from previous loads.
- You ensure quality! You always follow the rules for securing loads, preventing accidents and handling dangerous goods. You also clean the vehicles after completing your work.
- You stay focused! You record inspections, damage and the loading quality of shipments.
Requirements
- Experience: You have completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse operator. You already have experience working in a warehouse and operating a forklift.
- Personality: You enjoy your work, are flexible and are highly committed.
- Knowledge: You understand dangerous goods and already have experience with customs processes. You are also comfortable using IT programs.
