Apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Specialist

As a retail sales specialist in a Telekom shop, you will advise customers, sell products and services, design sales areas and work with digital sales systems.

Lower or intermediate secondary school qualification, Abitur or equivalent qualification; an interest in telecommunications; team spirit and enjoyment of working with people, advising and selling; enthusiasm for digital media and new technologies; good spoken and written communication skills; English skills.
