You support the foreman in compliance with area targets regarding output, quality, on-time delivery and costs as well as safety and ergonomics regulations; At start of work you assign employees according to their qualifications, supervise work execution, organize new material for damaged and missing parts and always keep delivery dates and productivity targets in view; The care, monitoring and maintenance of plant facilities are your responsibility; Likewise you initiate suitable measures for technical or organizational deficiencies and monitor their effective implementation; You play a key role in the introduction of new plant equipment, processes and activities in the areas of DPS, TPM and Kaizen and are proactively involved in their further development; In addition, you take on organizational tasks such as maintaining capture documentation or time accounts

Your technical training is complemented by many years of professional experience and knowledge of processes in assembly, pre-assembly and the associated logistics; You are equally proficient in using SAP and MS Office; You see yourself as a role model and can motivate colleagues; You also work in a structured manner and can assert yourself convincingly where necessary; In everything you do, you act entrepreneurially
