Cologne Working Student HR CoE Talent & Performance NW 51149

You will become part of our HR Talent & Performance Center of Excellence (CoE) and support us on a project basis in the strategic further development of our global HR talent, performance, and people development topics. You will work on conceptual questions, support international HR initiatives, and gain insights into the design of global HR frameworks. You will contribute to our global HR projects in the areas of Attraction & Acquisition, People Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management. You will assist in creating and preparing international HR concepts and HR standards. You will research global development, talent, and performance concepts and initiatives, analyze best practices, and prepare results for further use. You will support the creation of presentations, concept papers, and evaluations as well as the preparation of meetings and stakeholder communication.

• You help create and prepare international HR concepts and HR standards
• You research global development, talent and performance concepts and initiatives, analyze best practices and prepare results for further use
• You help create presentations, concept papers and analyses and prepare meetings and stakeholder communication

• As a full-time student (m/f/d) in economics, psychology, social sciences or a similar degree, you are enthusiastic about HR topics
• You already have practical HR experience (e.g. working student jobs, internships), ideally in an international setting
• You enjoy conceptual work, work in a structured and independent way and keep an overview even with complex topics
• You enjoy teamwork, like approaching people and are comfortable with digital tools
• PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams are standard for you
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile
