The apprenticeship offers you many opportunities to gain your first professional experience and dive into our diverse areas of work. Your training begins on 1 August and lasts 3 years.

• You complete your practical training in one of our branch offices.
• Your training is varied - you accompany your customers from the first meeting through consulting to referral.
• You support your customers with help and advice, in the branch office or at their home.
• You experience a varied mix of practical assignments, vocational school and effective seminars on consulting and selling our products.

• Intermediate secondary certificate (Mittlere Reife) or (technical) Abitur
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Teamwork skills
