As an employed customer advisor (m/f/d) at the DEVK agency Björn Hann, you join the agency team in Marktredwitz. They are looking for motivated talents and experienced insurance professionals who contribute to the company's growth and success.

• You advise and support long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters.
• You build lasting customer relationships.
• You win new customers, with no cold calling.
• You review and optimise our customers' current insurance situation.
• You manage and settle minor claims.

• Completed commercial vocational training | ideal: insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d) or insurance specialist (m/f/d)
• Experience in customer advice or sales
• Strong communication skills, sales talent, enjoyment of personal consulting
• Car driving licence
