Insurance customer adviser

Permanent full-time employed customer adviser role at the DEVK Koslowski agency in Giesen, starting on 1 December 2026. The agency provides personal advice to a long-established customer base and values respect and mutual support.

• Advise and support long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Win new customers without cold calling.
• Review and improve customers' current insurance cover.
• Manage and settle small claims.

• Completed commercial vocational training; ideally as an insurance and financial investments specialist or insurance specialist
• Experience in customer advice or sales
• Strong communication skills, sales ability and enjoyment of providing individual advice
• A driving licence for cars
