About this Apprenticeship
Permanent full-time role managing a DEVK agency in Biberach, starting immediately. You will be responsible for business results, support private and business customers and grow the customer base.
What You'll Learn
- Manage an agency with a large existing property insurance portfolio
- Take responsibility for business results
- Ensure long-standing private and business customers receive support with insurance, investments and home financing
- Grow the customer base by winning new customers and selling additional products
- Manage the agency's claims handling
Requirements
- Completed qualification as an insurance specialist, insurance business administrator, insurance clerk or insurance and finance clerk
- Several years of successful experience in insurance sales
- Ideally, an existing sales team
- An entrepreneurial approach and strong customer focus
