Insurance Customer Advisor

As an employed sales representative (m/f/d) at the DEVK branch Scheipers, you become part of the agency team in Steinfurt. For this well-known agency, established for 25 years with a large, grown customer base, we are looking for you as a customer advisor (m/f/d) to expand our customers' risk protection. Permanent, full-time, start immediately.

• you look after and advise our long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters, online and on site
• by winning new customers you expand your portfolio and, by looking after your customers, help build lasting business relationships
• you take over claims management and the settlement of minor claims
• through regular analyses you check whether your customers' coverage fits their current life situation and optimize their current insurance situation
• you have the chance to develop into a specialist (m/f/d) in life insurance

• a completed vocational qualification in insurance as Versicherungsfachmann (m/f/d), Kaufmann (m/f/d) for insurance and financial investments, or a comparable qualification
• first professional experience as Key Account Manager (m/f/d), Sales Manager (m/f/d), representative (m/f/d), customer service advisor (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d) or field sales employee (m/f/d)
• or you are a career changer (m/f/d), ideally with a commercial qualification, looking for a chance to gain a foothold in the insurance industry
• as a communication talent (m/f/d) you enjoy advising people individually and come across as professional
• a class B driver's license (formerly class 3)
