Customer Adviser in Traunstein

DEVK seeks service-minded people to look after private and business customers in Traunstein. This permanent, full-time role covers advice, sales and service and is a self-employed position under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code.

• Provide individual support to our long-standing private and business customers
• Grow the customer base through referrals
• Contact existing customers regularly to build lasting business relationships
• Manage claims and settle minor claims
• Consistently sell additional relevant products
• Work independently, with support from our sales professionals when needed
