• Answering customer inquiries by mail or email
• Supporting our sales specialists with appointment coordination
• Processing administrative tasks in the agency
• Working hours negotiable between 30 and 40 hours per week (afternoon opening hours should be covered)

• Completed training as an insurance specialist or clerk for insurance and finance (each m/f/d)
• Organizational talent
• Knowledge of MS Office
