Self-Employed Customer Adviser, Insurance Salesperson

DEVK is seeking self-employed customer advisers and insurance salespeople (m/f/d) for its Rheinberg branch. You help people make decisions about their future. This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start. Training is also available for career changers.

• Provide personalised support to our long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters, online and in person
• Grow the agency's customer base by gaining new customers
• Actively contact existing customers regularly to build lasting business relationships
• Handle claims management and settle minor claims
• Consistently offer customers additional relevant products

• Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist, an insurance and financial investments clerk, or an equivalent qualification
• Initial customer advisory experience as a key account manager, sales manager, representative, customer adviser, sales employee or field sales employee
• Alternatively, you are a career changer, ideally with commercial vocational training, seeking a chance to enter the insurance industry, and we will train you

• A category B driving licence
