About this Apprenticeship
During your apprenticeship we offer you many chances to gain your first work experience and dive into our varied areas of work. Your apprenticeship starts on 1 August and lasts 2.5 to 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- You complete your practical training in one of our branch offices.
- Your training is varied - you accompany your customers from first meeting through advice to referrals.
- You support your customers with help and advice, at the branch or at their home.
- You experience a varied mix of practical placements, vocational school and effective seminars on advising and selling our products.
Requirements
- Intermediate secondary school certificate or (technical) Abitur
- Communication skills and empathy
- Teamwork skills
- Enjoyment of working with people
- Solution-oriented way of working
