Self-employed Customer Advisor

For its branch office in Troisdorf, DEVK is looking for customer enthusiasts (m/f/d) in sales. You help people make decisions and make their dreams for the future come true. The work is done as a self-employed insurance agent under § 84 HGB in partnership with an agency.

• Individual support of long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters, online and on site
• Expanding the agency portfolio by winning new customers
• Active, regular contact with existing customers to build lasting business relationships
• Taking over claims management and settlement of minor claims
• Consistent cross-selling

• A completed apprenticeship in insurance as an insurance specialist (m/f/d), insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Some first professional experience in customer advisory as a key account manager (m/f/d), sales manager (m/f/d), representative (m/f/d), customer service representative (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d) or field service employee (m/f/d)
• Or you are a career changer (m/f/d), ideally with a commercial apprenticeship, looking for a chance to get a foothold in the insurance industry, and we will train you

• A class B car driving licence
