Agency Manager

As an agency manager (m/f/d), you are part of DEVK's sales team as a self-employed entrepreneur. For the Bersenbrück branch office, motivated talents are wanted who contribute to the growth, expansion and success of the company. Full-time, permanent.

• You manage your DEVK agency and take responsibility for earnings and results.
• You lead and develop your agency employees.
• You advise and support long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters.
• You expand your existing customer base.
• You manage your agency's claims management.

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d) or insurance specialist (m/f/d); ideally further training as an insurance business specialist (m/f/d) or insurance business manager (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in customer consulting or sales
• Leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking; ideally first experience in a leading role
• Strong communication skills, sales talent, enjoyment of individual consulting
• Car driving licence
