Apprenticeship: Insurance and Financial Investment Sales Clerk

In the apprenticeship at DEVK you gather your first work experience and dive into varied areas of work. The apprenticeship starts on 1 August and lasts 2.5 to 3 years.

• You complete your practical training in one of our branch offices.
• Your training is varied: you accompany customers from first meeting through advice to recommendation.
• You support customers with advice and action, in the branch office or at their home.
• You experience a varied mix of practical placements, vocational school and effective seminars on advising and selling our products.

• Intermediate school certificate (Mittlere Reife) or (technical) Abitur
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Teamwork skills
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Solution-oriented way of working
