Insurance and Financial Investments Sales Apprenticeship

During this three-year apprenticeship at DEVK, you gain your first work experience in insurance and financial investment sales. The programme combines practical placements, vocational school, and seminars on advice and sales.

• You complete your practical training in one of our branches.
• Your training is varied: you support customers from the first meeting through advice to recommendations.
• You provide customers with advice and practical help, at the branch or in their homes.
• You experience a varied mix of practical placements, vocational school, and useful seminars on advising customers and selling our products.

• Intermediate secondary school leaving certificate or a qualification allowing university or university of applied sciences entry
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work in a team
